Woman pants gets stuck on gate while trying to steal from cars

A woman allegedly trying to steal from cars ended up with her pants down after a mishap left her half-naked.

The would-be car thief scaled a fence but her jogging pants hooked on the metal gates, leaving her stuck on the fence as she could not free the fabric.

The woman nearly fell off the top of the fence and the only way to save herself was to slide off the fence without her pants.

Video footage that captured the mishap suggests that she wasn’t wearing any underpants, or had lost them with her tracksuit pants.

The half-n@ked woman used the arms of her sweater as makeshift trousers after she dropped to the ground.

The bungled break-in was filmed outside a plush home in Maipú, near Santiago, in Chile, in the early hours of Tuesday, May 7.

According to reports, the woman was with an accomplice who drove off and abandoned her when he saw the striking scenes.

She allegedly looked inside the parked cars to see if there was anything to steal, but left empty-handed.

She was able to flee the scene when security guards changed their shifts shortly after the filmed moments.

It’s unclear if the police are trying to track her down.

“May we never become victims of miscommunication” – Khloe calls out podcast crew for setting her up

BBNaija reality star, Koko by Khloe calls out the producers of a podcast following a recent episode where she condemned natural hair, and spoke about her BBL and other issues.

Khloe

Following the series of backlashes that trailed her opinions on the podcast regarding men and moneyher BBLnatural hair, and others, Khloe has accused the organizers of setting her up.

In a lengthy note via Instagram, she wrote;

“May we never become victims of miscommunication… The media and those who control the narrative are truly not to be trusted.

In the course of last month (November), I had a podcast interview, and i thought we had a pleasant conversation. I apologize if certain thing were taken out of context, but I promise you half of the narratives and cut and join clips flying around are maliciously being used as clickbait by the producers of the said podcast, and I refuse to be bullied or silenced into submission.

Maybe I didn’t articulate or communicate certain things correctly, but that’s 100% for sure not how the conversation went or the intended meaning. Blogs often post a doctored and overly exaggerated parts for that who don’t watch the full show for clickbait which is image denting.

I’m used to my name being dragged through the mud at any slight inconvenience, but it’s not the main issue here.
Everything about that show was edited, and manipulated for the self aggrandizement and malicious intent of the publishers and major for clicks, views and perhaps monetization and to marr/ tarnish my image, which I will never understand why.

I don’t involve myself in petty conversations, and that’s why I always ensure to keep my circle small.
I explicitly told the hosts and producers not to share the video immediately after shooting, as I realized they were intentionally looking to create controversial content around me, because there was a miscommunication with one of the hosts who couldn’t handle criticism/ feedback, there resulting in a heated argument and this disastrous outcome.

After expressing my desire to no longer be involved in their shenanigans , I immediately on the same day of shooting messaged the lady who invited me to the show (who I honored her invitation after numerous requests, because I thought I had a relationship with based on the entertainment industry) , and she completely disregarded my request for the said episode to not be edited, or published.🙏🏽”

Nigeria’s younger generation will never get power unless it’s Positively Disruptive’ - Obasanjo

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has said Nigeria’s younger generation should be positively disruptive to get power now.

According to OBJ, leadership is very important both in the private sector and military, adding that the younger generation will never get power if they do not get it now.

The youth should run for elections in Nigeria and must not say they are too young to run at 55, OBJ said.

“If you can’t run, what time do you have to run? You have to be positively disruptive but not through violence. If they call you leaders of tomorrow, don’t accept it. If you don’t get it now, you will never get it. How do you need to make those to make uncomfortable uncomfortable? That’s the solution”, he said on Thursday, November 30 while featuring as a guest speaker during an inter-generational dialogue and emerging political leaders fellowship, an initiative of The Bridge Leadership Foundation convened by a former Governor of Cross River State, Senator Liyel Imoke.

Obasanjo faulted critics who described Nigeria as a geographical expression.

He said, “Every country has history of how they come about. So, tell me which country isn’t a geographical expression. No other alternative to Nigeria, it’s our country.

“My generation: I won’t say it’s a perfect generation, but we fought for the unity of Nigeria…Say whatever you like, we, including, the military which people say caused ‘katakata’, fought for the unity of Nigeria, we also laid the foundation for democracy in Nigeria. Generations after us, what will they claim? Between the generations, there’s gap, space, and values to be bridged. That is why our gathering like this is important.

“Many people don’t believe in Nigeria and if you don’t believe in Nigeria, why would you talk about something you don’t believe in? You have to believe in Nigeria before we can talk about Nigeria. Some people still say that Nigeria is a geographical expression. Every country has history of how they come about. So, tell me which country isn’t a geographical expression. No other alternative to Nigeria, it’s our country.”

“Until I entered secondary school, I never saw telephone. The telephone never worked until I got to form 3. I never wore a pair of shoes until until secondary school. I grew up to be watching black and white television, and it was one station. When remote control became a means in TV, I never knew. But my children said I was old school”, he said.

Labour threatens strike as it warns FG over delayed MOU

The state chapters of the Nigeria Labour Congress and the Trade Union Congress have expressed displeasure at the slow pace of implemeting the Memorandum of Understanding it signed with the Federal Government to avert its planned nationwide strike.

The organized labour warned that failure to implement the agreement before the October 30 deadline might leave them with no choice but to go on strike, They added that they had commenced mobilisation of their members across the country.

Asked on Tuesday, Oct. 24, whether Labour was satisfied with the implementation of the MoU, the Head of Information and Public Affairs of the NLC, Benson Upah, said,

“No, we are not. The government could do better and faster. We issued a statement a few days ago in which we expressed our displeasure with the Minister of Labour and Employment.”

The national leadership of the NLC and TUC had on October 1 reached an agreement with the Federal Government to pay N35,000 to all federal workers beginning from September, pending when a new national minimum wage would be signed into law.

The resolution provided that the wage award would be paid to the federal workers for six months while states were encouraged to extend the same benefit to their workers.

The unions had threatened to declare a nationwide strike on October 3 but the move was suspended on the condition that the wage award, cash transfer, and some other resolutions must be implemented within 30 days effective from the day the MoU was signed.

Of the 15 demands contained in the MoU, only a handful have been implemented by the government.

Now, union leaders say the union might be forced to declare an industrial action after the October 30 deadline if the federal and state governments failed to implement the terms of the resolutions agreed with the organised Labour.
